Our sales are twice a month on Wednesdays. Typically the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, but this is subject to change. They are at 10:30 a.m. CST

Sales take place at the Henderson County Courthouse on the 3rd floor in the Fiscal Courtroom, 20 N. Main Street, Henderson, KY

They are NOT at the Judicial Center – if you go in and there is a metal detector – go across the street

The Master Commissioner’s office does not have access to the property. I do not have keys

The Amount listed as the “judgment” on the Notice of Sale is not the amount the property has to sell for. If it sells for less the purchaser does not have to pay the difference.
